My jurisdiction is: Oklahoma

My ex-husband walked out 15 months ago and I was able to finalize the divorce in January 2009. We were married for 6 years. He never responded to any of the legal proceedings and didn't show for court. After all of this time he is now saying he wants to come back to get his stuff. This is what the decree states:

"That each of the parties is awarded their separate property acquired before the marriage of the parties and the personal property now in their respective possession (with the exception of the petitioner's automobile which is awarded to the petitioner and in the possession of the respondent) subject to any debt secured thereby or associated therewith, which said the respective party is ordered and directed to pay and discharge and hold the other party harmless therefrom."

At one point he did communicate to sell anything I could to pay off the credit card debt he was ordered to pay by the court. The credit cards were in my name and since he didn't pay anything the decree stated, they are now coming after me (almost $13,000 of debt). After a year, I was tired of looking at the stuff, so I donated, sold (like he said to), and disposed of everything. Now he is saying he is making arrangements to get his stuff. I have told him there is nothing left. Does he have any legal right to come look for anything?

Thank you in advance.
