Is Person A Tenant

My father passed a away last year and I am trying to take care of his estate. He owned a trailer, there is a person living or was living in it . He was going to try and buy it from me but was unable to get a loan. There is no rent or rental agreement and he has been moving things out for the last 2 months. I dont have a address or phone number for him but sometimes can leave message with a family member and he may or may not call me back. I have someone now who wants to buy it and there is still a few think left inside the trailer. He has had access but I want to change locks and move his stuff out. What are my options. I live in Missouri.

You need to give him a notice to vacate. The time period of this notice needs to align with your states laws
