We got married in Poland, signed both Polish and English prenuptual, but did it on March 20th, married on March 28th. In Prenuptual it is written we both have waived the option to consult with a lawyer. Wife immigrated with me to California, and now I hear that without actual seperate consultations with lawyers it is not a valid prenuptual. Does anyone have experience with such a question of validity in a prenuptual agreement in California?

It might not be. A party CAN waive legal consultation under California law, but the waiver has to be in a separate legal document, not in the agreement itself.

Why is this an issue? Do you want the agreements to be legal so you can enforce them against your spouse in the event you divorce? Do the agreements contain a "choice of jurisdiction" clause? Maybe you can argue the agreements should be governed by Polish law. Or maybe you can divorce somewhere the agreements are valid.
