Is private school tuition that was agreed be paid by me still required if my Spouse

I agreed to a certain amount of tuition for private school for a child during mediation and then was official in the Divorce Decree. I have since found out that the parent that I was giving the tuition to for reimbursement has since applied for and received the tuition being paid in full as 'charity' from the church (with no obligation to pay them back). Is this still my responsibility to put the funds that were supposed to be being paid for tuition now just being received as "spending money?" Please advise if anyone can help...thanks!

It is probably still your responsibility to pay, however it depends on how the order is worded. You may be able to file for a modification based on the tuition waiver, or you can contact the school to let them know that you are already paying for half the tuition so they can adjust the waiver.
