Thanks for reading my thread .
Well this situation started in New York we had a child, she being an illegal immigrant asked me to marry her in order to be make a future for she and my child , with my parents and sibblings disaproval I jump the broom at city hall we lived together for a bout three month after that , then she falsely accused me of domestic violence this case was dimissed , I moved out. A couple months later I filed for divorce started dating someone , during that time she was pregnant again,My lawyer at the time filed the divorce claiming that the child was fathered by another man , paternity test proved otherwise the divorce was denied, fast forward 2yrs moved to Georgia bought a house which she was unaware of . After much thought I decided that we should give this marriage a try atleast for the children that was in april , she then had me arrested in June yet again this time for spanking my stepson , and children so I have creulty to children charge. She moved out of the housethe day before I got arrested. I filed for a divorce , we went to court for child support where the court gave her my second vehicle while i continue to pay for the insurance so my question is is she entitled to my house even though she only stayed there for a month and a half  Please give me some insight on this situation. Thanks again

You were still married when you bought the house, so it's entirely possible that it will be considered marital property. I can't say how the judge will rule, but she may be entitled to a share of the equity in the house, or she may be allowed to live there for a given length of time, or both. Unless your marital assets are quite substantial, I doubt that she would be given the house outright.
