Is the Lease Void?

My cousin and I have been living in the home that she owns since April of 2008. In July we signed a one-year lease agreement effective September 1, 2008. She got married in August of 2008 and was supposed to be moving to London with her new husband. It is now January 8, 2009 and she still has not moved out yet, nor has she even moved any of her furniture out of the house, so all of my furniture has been in storage since April of 2008. Has she broken the lease agreement by not moving out and turning the property over to me?

Ok...did the lease you signed together say she would be moving out and you would be taking over the house as of September 1, 2008?

It does not specifically say that she would be moving out but it does say that I would be taking charge of the entire property and I have asked her to leave.
