Here is the situation, I was involved in a verbal argument with a coworker at the workplace and the situation got pretty heated. It involved him verbally attacking me. At first I responded to his attacks trying to defend myself then it moved to me just asking him to stop, he continued the verbal assault and I then shouted at him to stop, using some profanity as this coworker was making me extremelly upset. At this point my new boss walks in and asks what the problem is. I respond by saying that my coworker continues to verbally attack me. He then places his hand on my shoulder. I ask him to stop by saying "don't touch me". He continues to touch me on the shoulder and i respond by saying "get your ****ing hands off of me." He then decides to send me home for the day, (probably for the best). Now I've been told by other coworkers that my job is all but lost. I have a meeting on monday with my boss and his two supervisors I presume I sure feel that they were violated. And if I am fired will i be eligible for unemployment?

I did check google but....

but will I have a case of harassment since my boss continued to touch me after me asking him not to? Also would that be a fired with cause to prevent me from collecting unemployment? or would i still be eligible to collect?

You are free to make such a claim but based on your post it appears he was trying to calm you and defuse problem. The determination of your unemployment is a state decision and we can't really say
