I live in apache junction, arizona.Being a young little woman...peple take advantage alot. People dont see me as a threat. I went down to this little tatto shop and the guy drew up the center of the backpiece i wanted. He said it would be $400. And being a struggling parent....i do not have $400. So he was generous and said i could make little payments on it till i had $400. So i gave him $200 and he wrote up a receit for me. The next morning...i went back because i changed my mind. Its a big piece....i just dont want to make a mistake. So i went down there and told him i dont want a tattoo. He said..."sorry darlin, i spent your money". He started talkin about how he didnt give refunds and he doesnt have $200 to give me but he will draw the outline on me. I dont want the tat...i want my money. I never signed a contract with him stating no refunds...he never put any ink on me. How do i get my money back?? I have the reciet...that money is mine. Anyone?? Help??
