We listed our house for sale with Iggy's House Realty, an internet website. They list homes for free on the MLS. Agents showing homes are supposed to be able to contact a homeowner through Iggys. However, the Iggys website has been down for a week now and they are not responding to emails, phone calls, or faxes. Iggys listed my home on the MLS and we are trying to get those companies to remove our listings. If Iggys is not responding to anyone's emails or phone calls from agents and customers, and not offering the services that they said they would offer, is our contract with them via clicking on the "I accept" button on the website still binding? Iggys is not holding up their end of the deal. Real estate blogs are saying that Iggys has gone out of business. We don't know what to do. We want to list with a real estate agent in our town, but don't know if we can. Please give us advice as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.
