as an international student, i started a llc at 50-50 with a partner who is a permanent resident
after i talked to some lawyers they said that it is ok to put your name on a LLC even if you are an international student
somehow , my partner convinces me to remove my name from the LLC for the sake of the company.
The agreement was that once i become a permanent resident, i would put my name back on.
After i became a permanent resident, he refuses to put my name back on the company
and kept everything
is there an immigration issue here or before?
