My jurisdiction is: Colorado
I play basketball at my high school. At last night practice I got accused of a hit and run. I never hit the car. When I left the parking lot the car was perfectly fine. Somebody who wasn't even outside, said they saw me hit the car. My parents and I went to check my car out, and guess what nothing there. Not even the slightest sign of hitting the car. The car has a small mark that probably was not noticed until now, that or another hit it after I left because I was one of the first out. Is there any chance that this is case?
