Issues with my Car Leases

I leased the car on 06/22/2009 when I signed the documents. I took the delivery of the car on the same day. About a week later the car company calls me back and says that they need a co signer without which the finance company will not approve the pricing. This is inspite of my 700+ credit score and me telling them in advance that I don't have history of more than 3 years. I cannot get the co signer who meets their criteria. One of the document I signed says that if I don't meet the financing company's credit criteria then I need to return the car which I am wiling to do. My question is whether they have any other course of action against me or my credit if I cannot get them a co signer. I am either ok to abide by the contract as it stands now without a co signer or return the car. Is there anything else that can transpire ? Please help.

What other course of action are you concerned about? That's a pretty open-ended question. On the facts above, you just return the car, the lease is terminated, end of story.
