july 15 is when i happened.
me and my friend had gone to the mall. we went to alot of stores, and then we went into Store name and when we walked out we went into another store, and then thats when a man and a women approached us and she held out her hand with papers and said, " we're going to need our glasses back." then thats when i saw my friend reaching for her backpack and the lady grabs it from her and they took us into a room where i kept telling them i didnt know she did that and even she told them that i didnt do or know anything but they yelled at me and told me that i was a lier because i was the one who had walked in the dressing rooms with the glasses but i had left them there and i guess she put them in her backpack. so they end up calling her parents to come pick her up because she is 17 and as for me they took me the stanislus county jail where i had to stay there till 6am and i had been there since 6pm, i was there for the booking and they had to verify that i was who i was saying i was because i didnt have an ID nor a drivers licence. so after that i had to walk from modest to ripon because i didnt have a ride, i started walking at 6 in the morning and didnt make it home until 8pm. when i got home i got my cell phone where i found out all of my friends knew that i was in jail and my friend that stole had also stole other things like expencive perfume and jerlwery that they didnt find and thought this whole thing was a joke is there anyway i can make it where i can get this removed off my record and make her pay for it, plus i have a court date, can you tell me whats going to happen there, im scard because i might get kicked out of my house if they find me guilty because i went in the same dressing room with her
