I briefly worked and trained for a sales job, while working there they offered free accessible clothing with no terms terms and conditions. Many of us, including myself frequently acquired these clothing articles with no harassment or contest. Before walking out on the job I took one more item. I left the state to do some volunteering, returned home to be arrested and have an upcoming larceny case. I'm wondering if there's a chance of closing closing the case with a not guilty plea, if i should get a lawyer, or how to get the state to appoint me a lawyer.
