On my last visit home 1/10 my grandmother gave me a few pieces of jewelry as a gift. My grams died a month later :(. The executor of the will is my grandmothers brother and is asking for the jewelry so he can sell it, along with her other belongings to split the profit among her four sons. I gave the jewelry to my father for her funeral so she could wear it..it was then given back to me. Does he have a right to take this jewelry from me?

No, it was a gift given prior to her death! It is yours to do with as you wish. Some people are just so darn greedy and cheeky!!!
