I drive a school bus and because I filed a grievance, my transportation director has been getting on my bus before I do a run and saying things to me that get me really upset. He even went so far as to give me a bad review for a summer driving job that I applied for.I am afraid to be alone in our garage for fear of what he may do next. Any advice for me?
