Hard to know for sure, as some in your position report the conviction can be seen by anyone, while others say it works.

Some convicted sexual offenders are required to register as sex offernders for years, even for life.

You may not even be allowed to expunge certain convictions.

You might want to speak with a lawyer or two in your county.

I say it's like a hairstyle, if you like, go for it. You've got more to potentially gain than you have to lose, especially if you're starting with nothing!

Don't make multiple threads asking the same question. Once is more than enough.
If you do it again, you'll be sanctioned.

This is your last warning, stop creating multiple threads asking the same question.
