I have a joint custody agreement. My ex who is the custodial parent moved to Texas without my approval or a court order. What if anything can I do?

What your custody agreement and/or your divorce decree say about such a move?
If she/he has violated one (or both) of those orders, your remedy is to bring a contempt action before the court that issued the order.
What are you seeking to accomplish?

The decree states that any such move would have to be approved. I told her I did not approve of the move. She left without me even seeing my children. At this point I want clear guidelines on when I will see my children

Well, back to court you must go, to tell it to the judge.
He can issue a contempt order.
That's where you start, where you finished, in court!

You will get the fastest results with the help of an attorney.
Do you have an address or any contact information for where they have gone in Texas?
Are you wanting to obtain custody to keep the kids in your state?
Are you just wanting to establish visitation now that they are gone?
