I need more information before I can provide you with a proper answer.This is dispute because two of the three remaing heirs don't want to sell. One heir is nowhere to be found.
Who owns the remaining 50% of the estate? The remaining 50% is owned by three different heirs.
Is the estate real property, personal property, or a combination of both?
