Me and my two sisters own 50% of an estate that has no executor. Can we request that the property be sold?

You can always make a request of the court.

Not so fast, not so fast.

I need more information before I can provide you with a proper answer.

Who owns the remaining 50% of the estate?

Is the estate real property, personal property, or a combination of both?

Not so fast, not so fast.

I need more information before I can provide you with a proper answer. This is dispute because two of the three remaing heirs don't want to sell. One heir is nowhere to be found.

Who owns the remaining 50% of the estate? The remaining 50% is owned by three different heirs.

Is the estate real property, personal property, or a combination of both?
The estate is three houses on 1.310 acre

I get your question now. Yes, you and your sisters can ask the court to order a sale of the property. If this happens, the proceeds will be split among all of the heirs.
