There are 3 equal partners sharing a vacation home. I am 1 partner and need to exit due to conflicts. The other 2 partners want to keep, but will only give me less than the money we actually put into the property. I would love to buy the whole home solely. Can I legally force a sale and buy the whole thing? I am willing and able to pay much more than they are willing to pay me. Would this be an auction? How much money would it cost for legal fees?

A: Yes. File a partition suit. The court will sell the place on the courthouse steps. You or me or the guy who delivers the marijuana or anybody can bid.

It will take $30K (if cheap) and two years (if fast).
