judge wrote wrong statements in court order

Judge said I admitted to using illegal substances in a custody court order and took away my full custody due to these wrong lies. I took a hair follicol to prove my innocence. Do I have a law suit?

Your recourse is to readdress the custody situation.

I would first request a copy of the transcript which can be obtained by contacting the Secretary working for that judge. Go over the transcript to make sure infact you did not state you used illegal substance. If the judge was wrong and you can prove it, you could have a case. Remember who your bringing a case against and bring it to a higher court. Contacting the BAR and faxing/email with your complaints may do more.
