Judgement against myself and corp.

I received a summons for my company and me personally. I answered on my behalf only, not the corp. because the corp. is out of business. If I lose the case and theres a judgemnet against me, what accts. can they go after?
IRA
Joint acct with my wife
Stock acct.

Unless they can show some reason why you personally should be liable for the debts of the corporation (google "lift the corporate veil" for more info), your personal assets should be safe.

Reply to counterclaim

In a follow up to my summons, I answered on behalf of me, not the corp. and I counterclaimed the summons as well.
I just received the reply to counterclaim and was wondering what comes next.
Also, the reply was still sent to me and the corp.

Next comes the hearing. Bring any evidence you have to your counter claim and that you were acting solely on behalf of the corp.
