judgement awarded but not settled

I had a judgment awarded in my favour for payment for monies owed , however the defendant has failed to pay by due date (small claims court )
What are my options now please , Do i have a choice of applying to court for retreiving the money woed from the defandants salary ? who makes that choice please ?

Check with your court clerk. They probably have an information booklet on how to collect on your judgment. Garnishing the other party's wages is usually an option.

Also double check that the state this person works in allows wage garnishment. Not all states do.
