Hello, I am new to this forum but am very interested in law.
I am a junior operator and just recieved my first trafic violation. The officer cited me as going 40 in a 30 and told me I was actually going 45. I was not. I was following the flow of trafic on a side road. I was traveling at 34 mph. I believe the officer targeted me because I had two friends in the car (both teenagers) and we were playing loud music (not illegal before 10 pm).
The officer was traveling the other way, came over a hill, pulled a u-turn behind me and followed me for at least 1/4 mile, if not more. While he was following me, I slowed to 30 mph. When I went to take a turn, I put my blinker on, and he pulled me over and issued the ticket.
I was looking for any help as to how I could fight this ticket. He checked of 90/ 18, posted, radar, and estimated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can't afford an unreasonable ticket like this.

You need a lawyer.

I suggest you retain one, ASAP.

In your stae, if you get convicted, you could lose your driving privileges.

Only a lawyer can help you, a real, breathing, lawyer in your state!!!!
