just a question about a divorce

I divorced my ex husband a year and a half ago it was final. I was looking at my divorced papers the other day due to some things that came up with my ex and noticed they did not have his correct social security number when they filed the papers. I never noticed that it was wrong when the lawyer had me sign the papers. Could this effect anything? I am now remarried and have a child. Nothing has come up about this, but I just need to be sure.

It doesn't mean that your divorce was invalid, but you should have it corrected. Contact your local courthouse to find out what needs to be done to correct the error.
