Well my question is my wife left me and went to her mom but hasn't took all her things yet but what i'm trying to ask is that i was going to take are little daugther to she her other grandparents but she told me if i took her that there that we would call the cops on me and tell them that i was kidnapping her. can she do this what right thing for me to do

Stop listening to her. You are the father and you have as many rights as she does. She cannot claim kidnapping when you are married and you are the father. you should file for divore and ask for a temp. visitation order so that mom cannot play these games. grow a backbone to mom and let her know she cannot keep the child from you.
