Our 14 year old son took our car for a joy ride around the block and was caught by the police, problem being he is not old enough to drive and also tried to flee the officer. What will he be charged with? and will it be a felony or misdimenor? will he get his license at 16. I really would appreciate some info. thanks shelly57
