I bought a trailer on land contract for 8,100 in Oct 2006'. I want to move, so I called
the owner of the trailer an asked to pay off the land contract. She is now demanding i pay
her interest on the trailer because she has a loan on it through a bank. There
is no mention of interest in my land contract .It only states that I am paying 8,100 for
it an that I will make monthly payments of 170.36. I have since paid 36 payments, an i
believe I only owe her $1967.04, she is refusing to take this as final payment an will not
let me out of the contract, what are my options, so I can be done with this legally?

Depending on the laws and rules of civil procedure in your jurisdiction, you might have a couple strategies open to you. For instance, you might be able to send her a registered letter tendering the purchase price and stating that something like you are ready, willing, and able to complete the purchase on the agreed on terms, and if she fails to complete, she is in breach and you are entitled to full refund.

If she won't listen to reason, you can sue to enforce the terms of the contract. The judge will look at whether you are required to pay the interest on her loan.
