land lord not fixing infestation

i need help trying to get my money back from my landlord.I called his manager an told her one morning i woke up with a roach in my face crawling like i was nothin.ill..so he came an sprayed this stuff that smelled horrible..all over my walls there was yellow stains from the pesticide..so i called the board of healththey assured me that the lanlord wouls exterminate every month witha paper for me to sighn that was in feb.2009 now he skiped april an came may 28 when the inspector came again..it now is june an nothing..last week i went to the manager iwth my food from ma pantry..an still nothing...im itchy an sleep with a flash light..i want my money backan want to break my lease.wat can i do

What was this paper that the board of health had you sign? Are you saying that you were to sign this paper each time the landlord came in to spray?
