Landlord(father) threatening to change locks on the house

I'm 22 years old and have lived with my mother and father in the same house for almost 17 years. Last year my father cheated on my mother with her sister and my mother chose to stay with him. Since then our relationship has gone downhill significantly to the point where I only speak to my father at work when its work related. Today he left me a note threatening to kick me out of the house and change the locks if I do not repay him $4,200 dollars for last years college expenses, at which there was no debt contract for, oral or written. I was wondering what my rights are, as far as being a legal tenant in the house if he immediately changes the locks on the house. Also, if he chooses to evict me from the home, how much time does it take for an eviction to process. Thanks.
