my landlord recently told me i have to move because my house is being forclosed she has not been making house payments with the rent ive paid instead been using my money for her own personal use what can i do do i have rights?

Most tenants / renters lose their leases upon foreclosure. In the majority of states if the mortgage was recorded before the lease was signed, a foreclosure trumps the lease ("first in time, first in right" rule).
