Hi, I own a mobile home in a mobile park with about 15 other trailers. I have never gotten a written warning regarding anything and I'm in good standings. I plan on leaving for college the first of September and I just wanted to sell my trailer and be through with it. I found a buyer and we settled on the price and the buyer wanted to contact the landlord. Well it turns out the landlord said that whoever buys the trailer is obligated to move it. He doesn't really give a reason why he just says he wants it moved. I did a little research on the internet and a few places hint towards this action taken by my landlord is illegal. I guess all I'm really asking is for some insight on this and how to go about resolving my issue. If I try to sell it with the condition it must be moved then I'm going to be taking a big hit on the price I'd like for it. Anyways, please get back to me as soon as possible.
