I own a Donut shop and I am looking to relocate. My lease agreement states; Any fixtures attached to the leased premises shall remain with the leased premises during the primary term and any extension thereof;. It does not say my Hood Vent, sinks, signs, and whatever else he thinks is attached is permanant. He expects me to walk away from thousands of dollars of equipment. Is this legal because it sure isn't right?
