I have been living in Bristol township, Pennsylvania since March 18th. I have been renting this property with my roommate. Shortly thereafter, we started being harassed when we refused to put up a pool for his use. He started threatening is explaining that if we put the pool up he would leave us alone. He has gotten in mine and my roommates faces, he has thrown things. The police have been out to the house 3 times including yesterday June 9th 2008 when we discovered that he had broken into our garage by kicking the door open and breaking the frame. Any and all legal advice that you could possibly provide me with at this time would be greatly appreciated and very helpful. Thank you, Nicole Fusco.

You need to contact your landlord immediately and notify him/her of the situation so they can take immediate action with the HOA or POA (if applicable). If you fear for your safety, next time you call the police, tell them that you would like to file a restraining order against this gentleman. Hope this works!
