I am having issues with my landlord telling all my personal business with all of his other tenants and also texting and calling my parents when my rent is not paid exactly on the 3rd when its due. Over the past year that my husband and I have been renting from him he has continuously verbally harassed, such as cussing us, threatened to camp out in our drive way with 12 people keeping my kids up all night, threatened to follow us around telling anyone we tried to rent from that we didn't pay our rent and repeatedly threatened eviction if rent was not paid exactly on the date its due. We have always paid our rent yes sometimes it has been late. One of my neighbors had seen him beat down the side of my trailer because we were not home and he thought we were. He has open my door and walked in without knocking or being invited. I have text messages and voice mails saved as proof of all that has happened. we do not want to move but we just want to find out if there's anything we can do about this.
