My landlord sent me a eviction notice in late aug and i have since paid rent until Oct. Does he still ave a right to evict me and now he is charging me attorney fees on top of my rent?!! Does he have the right to do that also???
he hasnt answered any of my phone calls and i went to housing court and ended up signing a respnse to his eviction. i am waiting for a court date for a hearing. i am still paying rent and have tried to contact him to let him know what has transpired. i have also tried to see why am i getting charged attorney fees when we have yet gone to a hearing to discuss this matter. i have no clue what to do.
