Typically when a judgement is against someone the judge will ask that person how much they can reasonably pay each month/week to take care of this debt.

If you owe and don't pay, bank garnishment is an option for your landlord. Texas does not allow wage garnishment.

The fastest way to get this off your credit record is to satisfy the judgement and then request an updating of your credit report.
