I live in a one bed room apart ment and my landlord gave me a notice for two many occapants. I only have me and my daughter on the lease but I do get vistation right for my two boy on the weekend. My two son are not on the lease but Im trying to get full custody of one of my son. Can My landlord terminate my lease because my son is not on the lease. My landord also take pictures of the vistors cars that I have spend the night in my appartment. I my ex-husband watch my children over night while Im away at work. Some time my ex-husband will be at my apartment for the whole weekend because he live far away. What are my vistation right for vistors.

Your lease should specify who is actually allowed to live there. If your sons are not listed on the lease, the landlord can begin the eviction process for too many people living there.

In some districts there are legal limitations on who can live in a unit based on the number of bedrooms.
