My father-in-law is very ill has very little time left. My husband has two other siblings and estate is to be divided into thirds after his passing. My father-in-law is Christian. My husband's brother one of the three siblings is Mormon. He told his father that he is going to baptize him into the Mormon church after he dies. The Mormon church takes 10% of the total estate if this happens. My father-in-law does not want to be baptized into this religion. His brother is executor of the estate. Can he do this or is there something we can do to stop him. Please help...

That is not true.

The brother sounds like a criminal.

I'd do everything I could to keep him away from the stuff.

the father needs to put something in writing and motorized that he doesnot want to be baptized or any money to church and change execator of estate
