Is there a law protect homeowner from discrimination from HomeOwner Association (HOA)? I have receive 3 Deed restriction notes with same problem. First deed restriction note regarding tree branch blocking driver view, I resolve by cutting my tree branch above 8 ft. One monthly later, HOA send same notice again. second note, I measure my tree branch and it was over 8 foot. I notice my neighbor community there are some houses branches are less than 8 foot. Why didn't those house get notice? I was only one get it. In additional, Tree Branches on the Main Street block driver view where under 8 feet too.
