Leaky Roof!

Three months after having a new roof put on my double wide mobile home, I had serious leaking, staining of ceilings, etc. The contractor has not done anything to correct the problem and has not responded to my phone calls or letters. I have documented everything including phone calls, pictures of damage, and have since had two other contractors that are willing to testify to the damage and 'shoddy' work. Do I stand a good chance of winning in small claims court?

First off, no need to put your post in LARGE letters! Second, it would seem very likely you have a good case as the actions speak for themselves. Just make sure you have documentation that you demanded repairs or a refund from the contractor before you go to small claims court. From there, be organized and present your case and be confident.
