Lease Agreement Discrepancy

I recently signed a lease to a property that listed it as a 4bedroom, 2 bath house. Due to unfortunate circumstances I was not able to view the property before moving in. On move in day I discovered that the property is actually 3bedroom, 2.5 bath.

Is the lease I signed still valid? The property is, after all, not what is described in the lease agreement.

The lease is still valid. The fact that the description of the property is incorrect may have been human error when they were getting the paperwork together for you to sign. Have the landlord correct this with an addendum. Good Luck!
