I am currently 4mo into a 12mo lease. I want to break the lease yet my landlord refuses to let me sublease. However I noticed that the agreement I signed is for a unit in a different building also owned by the landlord. Can this be grounds for terminating my lease (not signing the correct lease agreement for my apartment)?
