Lease Issue

Can somebody help me please? Im recently living in a Apartment complex and my rent was raised about $50 to $1324 I think but they have advertise on their website for $1205 and my wife told them that and first they agreed to honor that but then later they said that their website is not updated and they do not want to grant us that price and change the lease for $1205 a month. is that legal? or they should honor the price that is posted on the website..

No - just like if you walked into a car dealer the day after the say ended...they don't have to give you that price.

well the lower price is still on their website is not like they took it down already.
