On Friday Sep 12 i left a deposit and signed a lease for an office space at $207/month with 2 months deposit and a one year lease, effective October 1. I changed my mind on Saturday and called office Monday and made my intentions known to the office manager there. Today they got back to me and said that management wants to keep the 2 months lease. Assuming there is no verbiage in the lease that covers this, do i automatically have the right to cancel the lease without penalty?
