I renewed my lease with my apartment complex and signed the paperwork and turned it in. The paperwork had a lower rent amount on the addendum than I was quoted and like I said I signed it and turned it in. A week later I was given a new addendum to sign with the correct amount and a note that said the one I had signed earlier had a mistake on it and this was the corrected one with the correct monthly rent. Since it's been signed do they have to honor the original paperwork signed with the lower rent amount?
