My jurisdiction is: Texas

I recently renewed my lease and was quoted a new rent amount but when I received the lease papers to sign, the addendum page which noted the concession amount and brokedown the charges it had a lower rent amount than I was quoted. I signed it and turned it back into the office and a week later I was given a corrected addendum with the amount I was quoted and a note stating there was a mistake on the one I'd signe and this was the corrected one. My question is are they bound to the one that I've already signed with the lower rent mistake?

If you knew of the mistake and it was obvious, then there should be no agreement made even if it was written. For example, let's say the rent said $200 instead of $2000 - would you say there is still a lease? Both of you made an agreement and, under oath in court, you'd have to agree that it was a clerical error.
