With permission from building management I was attempting to find a new tenant for my apartment due to personal reasons.
I found someone who was interested who on Friday afternoon gave money for a credit and background check and was to sign a lease next week.
However, my circumstances again changed drastically, and I am now staying. This news was exteremely difficult for me to pass along, but are there any legal obligations on my behalf?
