I was renting an apartment in a building that caught fire. The building had to be shut down and there is no certainty on when they will enable us to go back.
The landlord placed us on other apartment managed by the company but not as comfortable as my previous one.
Since they are no longer providing with the apartment specified in the lease agreement, Am I out of the lease?.
Will I be entitled to my security deposit?.
The only specification in terms of fire in the lease is that the Management Company is not responsible for personal damage. There is no special termination clause because of fire.

Damage to personal property caused by fire would be covered by renter's insurance.

Yes, you are out of your lease if you want to move somewhere else, however you might still be on the hook to give 30 days notice since you have settled into another apartment even temporarily.
