Lease violation question

My gf's apartment complex recently changed ownership and the new management is enforcing breed restriction policies that the previous management did not. As a result, she was delivered a letter citing a pending inspection on Nov 16.

If she still has the dog what will the eviction process look like? How long?

Are there any steps we can take to aid the situation, or be proactive?

If the tenant signed this then its binding. Its not new owners fault previous owner did not enforce the policvy agreed upon.

Thank you. She has no doubts about her responsibility. I was looking more for how long she had once an eviction is posted?

There is a process so she has time.

1st notice with warning

2nd filing in court and service to tenant. Court date should be around 30 days after that
